Clinical Pathology Conundrums: Common Veterinary Clinical Pathology Issues in General Practice
Clinical pathology can be a very useful tool in the general veterinary practice, but often there are topics that get ignored, either because they can be confusing or because their significance is not known. The purpose of this presentation is to overview some of these issues, including quality control in the in-house laboratory, basic cytologic principles, and hematology scattergrams. The hope is at the end of this presentation, the clinician will have a better understanding of how to integrate veterinary clinical pathology into every day practice.
